The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I haven�t painted many sailboats in motion, but after organizing a recent show, I found I had at least one more painting in me. My dad loved sailing and I celebrate that there are many who concur. The title came to me easily as I painted.
