I grew up in a family of sailors but I was never a big fan. I much preferred to stay on the beach and look out at all the beauty. That said I sometimes think painting all these sailboat paintings is some sort of therapy for me.
Artist Statement: I am inspired to paint when I feel a sense of sway. Sometimes it begins from listening to music, but it will often come from my own thoughts and what I see.
