I painted this after a special trip to Niagara on the Lake. My first trip in a very long time with no responsibilities. I was rediscovering all sorts of pleasures. The love of wine being one.
The author Julia Cameron suggests that artists �restock their koi pond�. I felt this painting was evidence that mine had been restocked.
